SEALEGACY | PAUL NICKLEN + CRISTINA MITTERMEIER

I was fortunate enough to have filmed with world renowned wildlife and conservation photographers Paul Nicklen and Cristina Mittermeier for 2 years onboard their flagship storytelling platform, the sailing catamaran SeaLegacy1. 

Hired originally as Captain in 2020 to set up the vessel for her maiden voyage, I then transitioned to full time topside and underwater cinematographer for conservation storytelling, shooting high-end cinema cameras such as RED Helium/Raptor, Sony FX6 and DJI Inspire II X7.

During my time filming onboard we produced many video pieces for Sony Alpha, SeaLegacy and Only.One, including a web series with Sony Alpha called The Voyage, through out the Bahamas, Panama, The Galapagos and Baja Mexico
