SHELTON LAWRENCE DU PREEZ

Shelton is a Canadian born, South African raised, award winning ocean loving cameraman. 

His passion for storytelling and adventure, has guided him to a life full of meaning and purpose, striving to inspire those around him to do the same.

After a 10 year career working on privately owned yachts as crew/captain, he discovered this passion while on an expedition in the Arctic. 

Since then, ocean based filmmaking and photography has been his entire focus, taking him to some of the most remote and beautiful places in the world, on ocean conservation assignments, science research expeditions and private yacht exploration. 

The adventure is always special, but the true sense of accomplishment is achieved when connecting these places, animals, communities to the rest of the world through beautiful imagery and compelling storytelling

Family, friends and the support of his audience is what motivates him to keep shooting.
